We own and manage the one-Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant ÉPURE, and introduced the 300-year-old legendary French culinary brand DALLOYAU to Hong Kong. Arbor, a fine dining restaurant for innovative French cuisine was launched in Central this year, providing top-quality food, wine, service and ambience for diners in Hong Kong and international travelers alike.
