Operations Officer

Job description

Company Overview

Responsibilities :

Coordinate and monitor the daily operations of frontline clerical staff
Supervise a team to provide administrative support to the branches
Review and monitor the work procedure to streamline workflow
Prepare regular reports for management review
Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
Outdoor work is required

Requirements :

Form 7 or above with at least 4 years' working experience in office administration is an advantage
Strong coordination and communication skills and able to work independently
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong PC skills in using Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Operations Officer
Immediately available is preferred

職責:

監察及協調前線文職日常運作
統籌及管理一手盤行政支援工作
協助制訂及檢討前線文職工作指引及標準
準備週期性報告
協助推行公司政策
需外勤工作

要求 :

中七程度或以上
具備4年或以上辦公室行政工作優先考慮
良好中、英文溝通技巧及能獨立處理工作
熟識電腦軟件操作，包括Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint及中文打字
申請人如較少工作經驗將視為助理營運主任
可即時上班者優先考慮
