Job description
Company Overview

主要職責：

  1. 負責工程部門工作開展，作為工程管理人員進行培養；
  2. 參與一線崗位頂崗實操或跟崗學習，熟練掌握各基礎崗位元工作流程；
  3. 參與專案各項機電設備、智慧設備管理，包括巡檢、維保、安裝、維修等；
  4. 負責或參與專案施工、安裝等專業圖紙修改與審核。

要求：

  1. 學歷及專業：本科及以上學歷，給排水、土木工程、工程管理、電氣、智慧樓宇、消防等相關專業優先；
  2. 知識與技能：在工程管理各版塊具有良好的知識儲備，熟悉工程管理工作標準與流程，持相關專業證書優先；具有較強分析與解決問題的能力；
  3. 性格與特長：吃苦耐勞，具有專業知識的研究精神，有上進心；抗壓能力強，工作細緻嚴謹，具有高度的工作熱情、敬業精神；服從背包文化，接受出差/外派；
  4. 辦公技能：熟練掌握CAD、WORD、EXCEL、POWERPOINT等軟體；
  5. 工作地點：三年校招生培養期內，需接受全國輪崗。
