What You Need (Requirements):

• Form 5 or above

• Must be comfortable with an open office environment 

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Assisting our Chief Operations Officer and Operations Manager to manage and operate smooth daily gym operations. 

• Follow systems for efficient class / course enrollments and payment processes. 

• Conducting regular daily gym equipment and facilities to maintain safety for clients. 

• Sourcing and handling contractor communications to sort out gym maintenance. 

• Supporting events and activities. 

• Assisting in marketing and sales processes.

• Greeting guests, answering incoming calls and clarifying customer enquiries in a professional manner. 

• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and a positive gym experience for members 

• Uphold gym policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals within the facility
