Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of accounting including month-end closing and cost analysis
• Assist to prepare quarter and annual budget
• Coordinate with external auditor and tax consultant for year-end audit and tax computation and executive audit schedule accordingly
• Timely provide accurate info as required by bank
• Ensure compliance with Group Accounting Policy and statutory requirements
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports for management review

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Accounting or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of commercial accounting experience, preferably in construction industry
• Able to process and analyze diverse financial datasets
• Experience in ERP application and process enhancement is preferred
• Proficient in MS office e.g. Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal skills, independent, detail-minded and strong sense of teamwork
