Banquet Services Server / Captain 宴會服務侍應 / 部長

Assist in the actual set‑up and service of contracted functions
Coordinate the timing of the dinner with the Banquet Chef
Communicate directly with the hosts of functions and goes over the details of the function
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Captain
