• Preparing food and drink;
• Serving customers;
• Taking orders;
• Ordering and maintaining stocks;
• Maintaining cleanliness of the bar and utensils;
• Collecting payment and operating a cash register;
• Responsible for operating the beverage counter;
• Making coffee and drinks;
• Serving wine and prepare cocktail.

Minimum entry requirement(including education standard, year(s) of experience, skill, etc.):

• Primary 6 level
• 1 year of relevant working experience
• (Skill test is not required)
