• Build connections with key decision-makers, including principals, teachers, and school administrators, to introduce tailored solutions that meet their needs.
• Represent Tramplus at education fairs, teacher conferences, and school events to establish new partnerships and generate leads.

2. Program Development and Customization

• Collaborate with the academic team to design educational programs that align with school curricula, such as STEM, heritage education, and sustainability themes.
• Prepare persuasive proposals and detailed budgets for school partnerships and program execution while addressing the specific needs of each institution.
• Offer innovative solutions to schools that integrate Tramplus’s educational offerings with their learning objectives.

3. Pipeline Development and New School Engagement

• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of school leads, categorized by potential partnerships and outreach status.
• Focus on acquiring new relationships to create a steady pipeline of schools participating in Tramplus activities.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective school partners to convert leads into confirmed partnerships.

4. Program Execution and Quality Assurance

• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations and marketing) to ensure smooth delivery of educational programs, from planning to execution.
• Monitor program success through feedback collection and analysis, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with school needs.
