Job description
Responsibilities:
- Join an intensive on-the-job training program to become a professional Relationship Manager.
- Support the team in engaging high-net-worth clients and developing long-term relationships.
- Learn to conduct financial needs analysis and offer tailored wealth solutions, including investment and insurance products.
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with clients proactively.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines, including KYC and AML procedures.
Requirements:
- Welcome candidates without prior finance experience, training will be provided.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in banking / insurance / customer service / sales preferred.
- Holder of IIQE Papers 1, 3 (or willing to obtain).
- Eager to develop a career in wealth management and frontline relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
