DESCENTE - (Assistant) Shop Manager (工作地區︰中環 / 銅鑼灣 /尖沙咀 / 九龍塘 )

職責：

帶領團隊推廣DESCENTE專業運動服飾, 達至及超越公司訂下的營運目標
管理店內日常運作包括人手安排及培訓、貨品管理等
分析店舖銷售及數據以作出匯報
確保與營運部門之間的有效溝通及執行公司政策

要求：

5年或以上零售服飾銷售經驗者優先考慮
具成熟及優良之人事管理、領導才能及管理技巧
具獨立處事能力同時注重團隊合作精神

全職員工福利:

每天工作9小時 (包括1小時用膳時間);
