We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will cover a broad spectrum of digital marketing activities, including managing our social media presence, executing email marketing campaigns, and collecting and analyzing data from all digital touchpoints to provide actionable insights. You will work closely with the tech team and content team to ensure seamless coordination across all digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
- Manage and optimize social media channels (Facebook, Instagram) to enhance engagement and conversions.
- Create and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
- Collect, analyze, and report on data from multiple platforms (Google SEM, social media, WooCommerce, Mailchimp) to measure performance and identify opportunities.
- Work with the tech and content teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness across all digital marketing campaigns.
- Optimize SEM campaigns and collaborate on keyword strategies to improve overall digital performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, email marketing, and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and Supermetrics (or similar).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively with content and tech teams to achieve common goals.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
