Director / Vice President of Human Resources

Company Overview

Location: Futian District, Shenzhen
Salary: ¥50,000–80,000/month (pre-tax)
Language: English proficiency required
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/MBA preferred)

Position Overview

We seek a strategic HR leader to architect our human capital framework, ensuring talent strategies and organizational culture propel the company’s growth. This role will directly shape corporate governance, talent pipelines, and performance systems while managing a 20+ HR team.

Core Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Planning

  • Develop HR strategies aligned with corporate objectives, ensuring seamless integration with long-term business goals.

2. HR System Optimization

  • Design and refine full-cycle HR modules:
    • Recruitment | Performance Management | Training
    • Compensation & Incentives | Organizational Development

3. Talent & Structure Leadership

  • Redesign organizational hierarchies and succession plans for key roles.
  • Implement high-potential talent identification programs.

4. Cultural Integration

  • Bridge company values with employee behaviors to strengthen engagement.

5. Executive & Governance Collaboration

  • Advise Board Compensation/Nomination Committees on critical HR governance matters.

6. Team Management

  • Lead a 20+ HR team, driving operational excellence to support rapid scaling.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s+ in HR/Business Administration (Master’s/MBA preferred).
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years in HR leadership at manufacturing/R&D-integrated firms.
    • 5+ years in C-suite/VP-level roles.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Mastery of modern HR systems (e.g., competency models, 9-box grids).
    • Proven success in building HR frameworks from scratch.
  • Management: Experience leading 20+ HR professionals.

Preferred Attributes

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with tech/consumer electronics sector dynamics.
  • Language: Fluent English for cross-border collaboration.
  • Traits: Structured problem-solving, resilience, and passion for meritocratic cultures.
