Company Overview

概要 :
FGE 區域經理負責領導在指定區域內的 Five Guys 品牌標準。此職位負責展示Five Guys 餐廳的營運知識及向指定區域的特許經營者提供指導。同時，此職位需負責在所有店鋪展現卓越的客戶體驗，並培育、指導和教導特許經營者以實現相同的成功水平。

主要職責 :

在指定區域的所有特許店鋪展示品牌標準和詳細的運營知識。
在指定區域內示範及培訓特許經營者營運新店鋪。
負責從總公司向特許經營者進行清晰、準確且及時的溝通。
協助特許經營者及其團隊實現新店開業、運營和利潤管理方面取得財務成功。
作為 FGE 與指定區域特許經營者之間的首要聯絡人。
協助亞太區運營總監制定年度預算和資本計劃。

資格要求 :
學歷/經驗 :

擁有 5 年以上多單位餐飲服務經驗，並有類似職責範圍。
擁有 3 年以上利潤和損益報表經驗，具有分析能力以識別財務趨勢。

語言能力 :
此職位需要使用廣東話、英語及普通話進行溝通。

體能需求 :
此職位可能需要長時間坐在辦公設備和電腦前，還可能需要大量提起貨物和材料。出差將佔工作時間50-80%。
