Job Purpose:

The Financial BD Manager will be responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with financial institutions in the Mainland China secondary market. This role is pivotal in expanding our cooperation with Mainland financial firms and leveraging deep financial resources to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance relationships with key financial institutions in Mainland China.
• Provide insightful analysis and reporting on market trends and opportunities within the secondary market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain the highest ethical standards.
• Contribute to the development of financial products and services tailored to the needs of Mainland China clients.

Requirements:

• Mandarin native speaker.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university.
• A minimum of ten years of experience in the private equity fund industry within Mainland China.
• Possess a deep network of financial resources and relationships within the Mainland China market.
• Proven track record in business development and relationship management within the financial sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to liaise effectively at senior levels.
• Experience working with Private fund in mainland China
• Knowledge of financial products, including but not limited to equity, futures, and derivatives.
• Understanding of the regulatory landscape in  Mainland China.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AMAC Certificate,
• The securities qualification certificate,
• CFA Certificate.
