Background: 

Our Group Company - RATP Dev has experienced strong growth in APAC over the past years, and we are looking for a fit talent to cope with the business growth.

Within RATP Dev APAC team, the Business Analyst will work on international bids in often complex contractual environments (PPP, partnerships, etc.) to ensure the robustness and quality of the financial offer. They will also be involved in cross-functional projects for continuous improvement of bid responses (tools, methods, AI, etc.).

Work Location: 

Position based in Hong Kong (HK Tramways); occasional travel in the area (Philippines, Singapore).

Responsibilities:

• Constructing the financial model: coordinating various contributors (Technical, Marketing, IT/Digital, HR, Finance streams), aligning and challenging the model's input assumptions, analyzing results, and producing financial summaries and deliverables.
• Understanding the contract's key issues to ensure overall balance between risks, uncertainties, and opportunities (including simulating best/worst-case scenarios on the most sensitive input assumptions).
• Presenting results clearly and concisely to RATP Dev's governance bodies, in collaboration with the Bid Response Director.
• Work closely with the Finance teams (tax, treasury, financing, etc.) contributing to the bid response.

Requirements: 

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Finance/Strategy/Financial Modeling.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in financial modeling positions (Bid Response, M&A/Transaction Services, etc.).
• Strong affinity for numbers and financial analysis (rigor, analytical skills, critical thinking).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (knowledge of Power Query is a plus).
• Autonomy and proactivity in leading and challenging financial model contributors.
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Proficiency in English.
