- Fully responsible for the daily operations of F&B services, including dine-in and takeaway, sales performance, service quality, and revenue monitoring.
- Lead new store planning and opening processes, including renovation oversight, system setup, staffing, and launch planning.
- Manage and lead the operations team, overseeing frontline and back-end staff, coordinating tasks, and monitoring performance.
- Design and update menu content to ensure product quality, consistency, and appeal.
- Control food inventory and costs, monitor stock levels, manage procurement plans, reduce waste, and implement cost control.
- Enforce food hygiene and safety standards to comply with food safety regulations and cleanliness protocols.
- Maintain customer relationships and satisfaction, handle feedback and complaints to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Manage operational budgets and expenditures, analyze financial performance, and implement cost-control strategies.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and daily management, including scheduling, performance tracking, and implementing reward and discipline measures.
- Plan and support promotional campaigns and special operations to boost sales.
- Continuously improve operations processes by proposing and implementing enhancements to increase efficiency and service quality.
