Housekeeping Supervisor 房務督導

Collect room and floor status report sheets for assigned work areas and assign room to Room Attendants
Supervise Room Attendants in assigned work areas
Provide appropriate trainings to Room Attendants as to achieve Four Seasons' standards of cleanliness in guest rooms
Inspect guest rooms, including VIP, vacant, occupied and check-out rooms
Ensure sufficient supplies on the guest floor and the hallways, stairwells, elevator, service area, and guest room doors, tracks, linen closets and armoires are maintained according to standards
Coordinate work orders in assigned areas, complete the required reports and follow up on inspections
Inform Housekeeping Management for any unusual events / incidents
Work with different departments to maintain smooth operations and ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain the upkeep of all bedspreads, draperies, carpet cleaning, sheers, bed skirts, and furniture refinishing
Handle all lost and found items according to procedure
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
