Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing Cultural Exchanges and International Programmes;
- Assist in coordinating local artists and arts groups to participate in various arts events in the Mainland and overseas;
- Establish and maintain good communications with arts organisations and institutions in the Mainland and overseas;
- Support in organising programmes and events such as ceremonies, congress and press conferences;
- Provide clerical and administrative support to different meetings;
- Undertaking other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- University degree or above, preferably in arts, cultural management or equivalent;
- At least 2 years of relevant full-time experience in arts sector;
- Solid experience in organising events, both inbound and outbound programmes;
- Strong project management skills;
- Able to work independently and with a small team to accomplish the assigned goals;
- Good communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese. Putonghua will be an advantage;
- Proficiency in PC operations (MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing).
