Key Responsibilities:

• eCommerce Platform Development: Develop, maintain, and improve our B2B eCommerce platform to enhance user experience.
• Market Research: Research and monitor market trends of similar products on eCommerce platforms to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
• Product Management: Continuously improve our product rankings and showcase new products to attract customers.
• Customer Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers from sample approval to order confirmation, ensuring a smooth process.
• Sales Administration: Handle eCommerce sales and administrative duties to support the daily operations of the sales team.
• Strategic Reporting: Report to the sales team and suggest strategies for improving the eCommerce platform.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background: Diploma or above with 1-2 years of working experience in eCommerce or a related field.
• Fresh Graduates Welcome: Recent graduates in Sales & Marketing, eCommerce, website development, or relevant disciplines will also be considered.
• Relevant Experience: Experience in eCommerce, multi-channel, digital marketing, or similar fields will be a great advantage.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of Photoshop and website development software is a plus, but not a must.
• Willingness to Learn: Eager to learn basic electronic component knowledge.
• Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with overseas customers in English.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and possess good interpersonal skills.
