Major Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly the correspondence, emails, faxes and web-forms from programme members related to reservations and ticketing
- Handle reservation related enquiries
- Assist in handling incoming calls during peak traffic hours
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as allocated by Team Leader / Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum Form 5 or Secondary School graduate with pass in English, plus 1 year’s working experiences in customer/member service industry preferable
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin, fluency in one other foreign language is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and listening skills
- Knowledge of airline industry, products and services is an advantage
Fresh Graduates will also be considered.
