  • 接聽電話，電郵和處理要求及訂坐
  • 接待和歡迎所有客人
  • 提供高水準顧的顧客服務，包括妥善處理顧客的投訴及查詢

工作要求：

  • 會考/ 文憑試程度
  • 良好粵語；懂英語
  • 良好的溝通技巧
  • 具1年相關經驗優先考慮
