Cosmedical Limited, a leading provider of medical and beauty salon supplies, is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to contribute to the growth and success of our thriving business.
Job Duties:
- Proactively prospect and develop new business relationships with medical practices, beauty clinics, and professional salons in the local market.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate lasting partnerships with existing clients.
- Demonstrate and promote our extensive cosmeceutical product range, clearly communicating features, benefits, and ROI to decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted sales strategies and field campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions; provide regular, data-driven progress reports to management.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and regulatory considerations affecting cosmeceutical products.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and local business events to generate leads and brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the medical, pharmaceutical, or professional beauty/cosmeceutical sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to establish trust and rapport with physicians, clinical staff, spa directors, and salon owners.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills; comfortable delivering persuasive, high-impact sales pitches.
- Deep understanding of cosmeceutical products, skin biology basics, and relevant regulatory considerations (e.g., labeling, claims).
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage a travel-heavy schedule, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with superior organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting; adept at capturing activities, forecasts, and customer insights.
