Pay : HK$24,191 - HK$28,623 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager and / or Assistant Human Resources Manager, the Senior Human Resources Officer will be required to:-
1. Assist in human resources functions and day-to-day operations;
2. Assist in planning, organizing and implementing programmes and projects;
3. Assist in the preparation of management reports;
4. Provide HR advice to staff members and line managers; and
5. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements:
1. University Graduates with experience; OR
2. F.5 / S.5 with:
(a) Passes in 5 subjects in the HKCEE including English Language (Syl. B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent;
OR
(b) 5 subjects in the HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
- Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language ; and
- Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / ‘‘Attained’’ in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects, or equivalent;
AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experience.
Preferred Attributes / Exposure:
1. Working experience in human resources, in particular in functions like staff complaint, performance management, staff annual performance assessment, recruitment and appointment, data analysis / data processing.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Creativity and innovation.
5. Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
6. Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
7. Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
