The Job:

• Support the digital commerce team in ideation, design and development of creative materials, from wireframes, mock-ups; and produce the final design with specification for frontend development team to start their work.
• Support the graphic assets development, including layout design, mockups, infographic development, icon creation and stock image sourcing, on i.fwd.com.hk, blog.fwd.com.hk and marketing materials
• Setup the digital design guide for i.fwd.com.hk, blog.fwd.com.hk and various campaign sites.
• Work with vendors and internal parties to support the development for marketing and partnership material, follow up on production process from layout through to final artwork,sourcing key visual, deliverables include collateral, leaflet, print ad, online banners
• Work with frontend development team and customer experience team to review web UI/UX are up to standard, comply with FWD brand guidelines, and ensure the consistency across i.fwd.com.hk and blog.fwd.com.hk
• Identify and initiate improvement areas to improve website navigation, eCommerce transaction, tool usage and abandonment rate on i.fwd.com.hk and blog.fwd.com.hk
• Assist in marketing campaign creatives, contribute to and collaborate with creative agencies on ideation or critiquing

The Person:

• Diverse portfolio with 2+ years design experience within an agency or related industry
• Good understanding of User Experience design
• Good communication, presentation, and time management skills, and detail-oriented
• Strong experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other design tools
• Capable of using the Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint
• Works well independently as well as collaboratively; well-presented, polite and tactful
• Energetic, adventurous, open-minded and adaptive
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Web Designer Lead
