係停頓節奏方面,上司可以就翻員工本身講嘢嘅節奏,去拉長或者刪減自己講嘢嘅速度同埋長短,令員工感覺順耳啲。例如一個員工係Appraisal嘅時候無乜自信,講嘢好慢嘅,上司就不宜將自己想講嘅嘢一論嘴咁好快講晒出嚟,否則會俾人一種高高在上嘅感覺架。若果員工傾向解釋同埋討論多啲嘅,上司應都唔該係表達認同或者否定上就咁講yes or no就算。過短嘅語句會俾到人一種唔想溝通嘅感覺嘅。
