Who You Are:

• 2 years of customer-facing experience required （至少２年客戶服務經驗）

• Thrives in a busy environment （在嘈吵的情況下工作)

• Likes small children （喜歡小朋友）

• Collaborative, enjoys working with people. (喜歡與人合作)

• Languages（語言要求）:

• English, written and spoken (required) 流利英文口語及書寫 （必要）

• Mandarin, written and spoken (required) 流利普通話口語及書寫（必要)

• Cantonese, written and spoken (preferred) 流利廣東話口語及書寫（優先考慮）

What You Need (Requirements) （聘用要求）:

• 學歷要求: 中五或以上程度 (Form 5 or above )

• Must be comfortable with an open office environment (在開放空間下工作)

Job Duties and Responsibilities: (工作範疇及職責)

• Greet and welcome gym members and visitors with a friendly and positive attitude (以真誠及正面的態度歡迎及接待會員及訪客)

• Provide timely customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and assisting members with their needs in person, on the phone, or via messaging and email while working in a busy environment (透過面對面或電子方式回答查詢、解決疑慮並協助會員滿足其需求，提供及時的客戶服務)

• Taking attendance (登記出席率)

• Assists with events (為不同活動或工作坊提供協助)

• Processing sales and payments (協助銷售及付款流程)

• Participate in weekly team meetings and take minutes (出席及紀錄公司會議內容)

• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and a positive gym experience for members (參與及協助其他公司職員, 以提供更順暢及有效的服務體驗)

• Uphold gym policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals within the facility (根據公司守則, 確保他人的安全及權益)
