職務範圍：

  • 烹調菜式
  • 預備食材
  • 採購食材,監控食材庫存
  • 編訂餐單和設計菜式
  • 監控食物品質及環境衛生
  • 安排人手調配及培訓員工
  • 管理廚房之運作
  • 協助其他廚務

最低入職要求：

  • 小六程度
  • 一年經驗
  • （不需技能測試）

語言要求（會話及讀寫）：

  • 會話：略懂粵語會話
  • 讀寫：略懂中文讀寫

工作地址：

  • 九龍紅磡置富都會 L8 2 號舖
