Member Services Executive

Job description
Company Overview
Major Responsibilities: 
  • Provide best-in-class quality service to programme members in order to satisfy the needs and retain loyalty
  • Provide one-stop service including fare quotations, reserving flights and answering general enquiries
  • Handle requests promptly, accurately and professionally
  • Effectively identify members' needs by probing and providing appropriate solutions
  • Feedback member comments for service improvements
Requirements:
  • Minimum Form 5 or Secondary School graduate with pass in English, plus 1 year's working experiences in customer/member service industry preferable 
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin, fluency in one other foreign language is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and listening skills
  • Knowledge of airline industry, products and services is an advantage

    Fresh Graduates will also be considered.
