• Supporting day-to-day operations: Assisting with various administrative functions to ensure smooth operations and maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of the office 

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support for general administrative work and daily operations.
• Handle securities deposits and withdrawals.
• Assist in and oversee post-trade settlement operations. Help and manage the settlement of securities transactions, corporate actions after they have been executed. 
• Help and oversee the daily operations of fund transfers and securities transactions.
• Help deposit cheques or withdraw funds from various banks, and deposit or withdraw share certificates from share registrars.
• Following daily office routine operations or assisting with ad hoc tasks given by management.

Entry Requirement:

• All legitimate ages are welcome.
• Have good learning attitude, problem-solving skills and work in a team
• Have a sense of compliance and knowledge of securities transactions
• Have good cross-departmental communication skills and team spirit, and the ability to handle work pressure

Expected Salary: around HK$18K
