Operation Assistant/ Operation Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide operational & administrative support to frontline shops and office;
• Perform back-up reception duties including handling phone calls, handling incoming/outgoing mail, couriers;
• Monitor the inventory and arrange purchase;
• Liaise with suppliers and order office supplies;
• Prepare reports for management review;
• To assist in handing as hoc projects

Requirements

• Certificate or above
• 1 year experience in Beauty/Retail industry will be an advantage
• Good PC knowledge including Chinese typing, MS Office, especially MS excel.
• Knowledge in POS system is an advantage
• Good organization and typing skills
• Mature, responsible, with good attention to details and a positive and flexible attitude
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Immediately available is preferred
