負責處理魚生、壽司製作或和食料理
處理及製作食材、烹調及備料
負責廚務相關工作
確保食品製作過程及設備保持衛生水平
職位要求： 有日式料理經驗優先考慮 (歡迎對日式料理有興趣人士申請)
全職待遇:
每星期5天半工作，全年78天休息日
每天工作10小時 (包括1小時用膳)，輪班工作
法定假及有薪年假12-14天
