工作時間（用膳時間除外）：

  • 需輪班工作
  • (i) 每周正常工時：不得多於每周共 54 小時（如實際工作時數多於每周正常工時，僱主須支付超時工資）
  • (ii) 固定：每周 6 天，每天 9 小時
  • 05:30 – 15:30（包括用膳／休息時間 1 小時）或
  • 13:30 – 23:30（包括用膳／休息時間 1 小時）

職務範圍：

  • 僱主只可安排僱員在以下行業／業務執行下述職務：中式飲食業（不包括僱主直接經營的酒店下的餐飲業務）
  • 協助上級廚師工作；烹調簡單菜式；預備及製作食材；廚房一般清潔及雜務。

語言要求（會話及讀寫）：

  • 會話：一般粵語會話
  • 讀寫：一般中文讀寫

最低入職要求：

  • 小六程度、一年相關經驗
  • (不需技能測試，例如筆試、電腦技能測試如打字/文書處理軟件使用、機器/用具操作測試等)

工作地點：

  • (22) 深水埗區
