Customers can look forward to sweet treats, prizes* and scam awareness activities during the celebration

SINGAPORE, Oct. 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- For the eighth year, CIMB Singapore is celebrating its customers with a week of appreciation activities to thank them for their continued trust and support. As part of Customer Appreciation Week 2026, which runs from 12 to 16 October, CIMB Singapore will be hosting a series of customer appreciation initiatives both in-branch and online.

From 12 to 14 October, customers visiting the CIMB Raffles Place Branch (Level 3) between 11.00am and 2.00pm can enjoy freshly prepared teh tarik* and receive complimentary Dubai chewy cookies*. Customers can also take part in a Scam Awareness Quiz, where they will be invited to answer a series of scam-related questions. Participants who complete the quiz will receive a token to try their luck at the Gashapon machine, with prizes* including tote bags, vouchers and portable fans, while stocks last.

Beyond the branch activities, customers will also have opportunities to participate in trivia games on the OCTO mobile app and a scam awareness quiz via WhatsApp throughout the week, with prizes* to be won while learning how to protect themselves against scams.

The initiative reflects CIMB Singapore's commitment to engaging customers in meaningful ways while promoting greater awareness of scam-related risks and encouraging safe banking habits.

*Terms and conditions apply. Refreshments and prizes are available while stocks last.
