HONG KONG, Oct. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Finloop Finance Technology Holding Limited ("Finloop"), an AI-driven global one-stop wealth technology platform, announced its support for the issuance of the first tokenised note product that allows subscription, redemption and interest payout in HKDAP, a regulated HKD stablecoin issued by Anchorpoint Financial Limited ("Anchorpoint"). The tokenised product is offered to professional investors, providing a more efficient way to manage cash and liquidity on-chain, and greater flexibility in digital wealth management.

The transaction was supported through two subsidiaries within Finloop:

• Finloop Finance Limited ("Finloop Finance"), a financial institution licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and an authorised distributor of HKDAP, offering subscription, redemption, exchange, trading and settlement services for HKDAP; and
• Finloop Finance Technology Services Limited ("Finloop Technology"), which served as the tokenisation agent, providing technology service.

Fosun International Asset Management Limited serves as the investment adviser to the product issuer. Leveraging its global asset allocation experience and risk management capabilities, it will provide professional advice on investment strategy and asset allocation.

The tokenised note product expands the range of on-chain use cases for HKDAP, demonstrating how regulated stablecoin can be integrated to support a broader spectrum of investment and wealth management activities.
