SINGAPORE, July 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- China Yuchai International Limited (NYSE: CYD) ("China Yuchai International"), announced today that a cash dividend of US$0.87 per ordinary share for the year ended December 31, 2025 has been declared by its Board of Directors. The cash dividend will be paid on July 28, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 17, 2026.
