Advancing technology-integrated learning to foster students' creativity and innovation

HONG KONG, Sept. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Aerospace technology has attracted growing attention in recent years. With Hong Kong's first female astronaut successfully entering the Tiangong space station this year, coupled with the government's proposal in its first five-year plan to expand the application of aerospace technologies, public interest in aerospace innovation and related education has continued to rise.

Hutchison Telecommunications (Hong Kong) Limited ("HTHK"), a leading digital operator and technology enabler, is committed to advancing innovation in technology education. Through its dedicated education arm, 3Education, HTHK offers one-stop educational solutions and programmes including an aerospace technology programme recently launched with UFO Tech Academy, a leading educational institution in Asia. Designed to nurture students' interest in space exploration from an early age, the programme enables students to send satellites of their own design into space, transforming innovative ideas into real-world aerospace applications and hands-on learning.

From aerospace technology to smart robotics, offering diverse educational solutions

To support schools in promoting technology education and enhancing students' digital literacy, 3Education offers flexible, one-stop educational solutions and programmes tailored to the learning needs of primary and secondary students. 3Education can also customise educational solutions according to schools' specific requirements, including teaching objectives, curriculum needs and students' capabilities.

Among its offerings, the aerospace technology programme offered by 3Education and UFO Tech Academy covers aerospace fundamentals, spacecraft and satellite development and design, as well as aerospace programming. Students can create various 3D spacecraft models and receive instant assessments of their learning performance and project outcomes through an AI-powered learning system. The system also provides personalised recommendations to help students refine and improve their designs.

In addition, 3Education offers a course on smart robotic dog and a humanoid robot educational solution. The smart robotic dog course covers topics such as sensor principles and graphical programming, helping students acquire core skills in embodied AI. The solution on humanoid robot supports classroom management through voice and gesture interactions, enhancing student engagement and making learning more interactive and enjoyable.
