SHANGHAI, Oct. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Nestled on The Bund, Shanghai's most iconic landmark, The St. Regis on the Bund, Shanghai marks its second anniversary this golden autumn, earning the prestigious One MICHELIN Key honour in the 2026 MICHELIN Key Hotels selection. Defined as "A very special stay", this accolade recognises its exceptional facilities and holistic guest experience, cementing it as a premier luxury destination for international travellers exploring Shanghai.

Upholding the brand ethos "House of Celebration", the hotel has refined its spaces, bespoke services and cultural programming across two transformative years, curating memorable moments for global luminaries.

Culinary Excellence and Artistic Innovation
Perched on the 21st‑floor rooftop, Spago Shanghai — the first China outpost of world‑renowned chef Wolfgang Puck's iconic Spago concept — serves California‑inspired cuisine overlooking the Bund skyline, and has earned multiple international accolades since opening. Seven new "Oriental Paris" luxury suites have launched, with sweeping views of the Bund, Lujiazui and Yuyuan Garden. A collaboration with Artist Mr. Zhang Tianjun in May integrates Song‑dynasty landscape art into suites for art‑infused private retreats.

Legendary Service Meets Global Hospitality
The signature 24‑hour St. Regis butler service delivers heartfelt care, supported by a multilingual team offering native‑level service in nearly ten languages for guests from the world. Alan Jin, General Manager of The St. Regis on the Bund, Shanghai, commented: "This One MICHELIN Key honour recognises our dedication. Our second anniversary is a fresh starting point. Rooted in the Bund and St. Regis' century‑old heritage, we keep refining our spaces, dining and cultural experiences." The celebration week hosted gourmet dinners, Ladies' afternoon tea salons, industry summits and wellness sessions.

Moving forward, the hotel will merge accommodation, gastronomy and culture, remaining an exclusive sanctuary for luminaries on the Bund.
